You will need "Create teams" permission to create teams.
The Teams index page contains a table listing of all teams a specific user is a member of.
Create team button (visual with enough permissions). Push button to open the Create team pop-up window and to edit team name and description.

The Teams show page contains information and references related to one specific team.
The page has four main areas:
