Admin user onboarding

The first admin user will be onboarded by T2 Data.
The onboarding process is a quick and simple process adding the first user as an admin, having the necessary permissions to set up and administer the SBOM Central service.

Permissions in sections Activities, Source code, Issues, and Tests are not valid here, all settings are omitted by SBOM Central.
Admin team permission template (example) :
After logging in, the admin user have two initial tasks to perform:
- Change user password. Click on the avatar/username in the upper right corner to open the user page. Click on Edit to open the "Edit user" dialog to change the password.
- Upload the SBOM Central license file. Open the "Feature licenses" page in the Settings menu in the upper right corner. Click the "Upload license file" button , and upload the license file received from T2 Data.
