Create the first team.
Open the main menu and select "Teams". Then, on the Teams page, click "Create" to create your first team, edit the name, and write a short description.
The next step is to set the team's permissions. Click on the the newly created team link to open the team page. If it is a SBOM management team where the members are to upload, manage, and analyze SBOMs, the settings below is a good starting point.
Permissions in sections Activities, Source code, Issues, and Tests are not valid here, all settings are omitted by SBOM Central.
Now add users.
Select Users page in the main menu. Click on the "Create" button to add new users.
- Edit Name.
- Edit email address (login name will automatically be copied to the Login name field).
- Set "local auth" active.
- Set a temporary password.
Add users to the team.
Open the Team page again. Click on "Edit members" to select team members.
When saving, all included users are now activated and will be able to login to SBOM Central.
All users will inherit the current Team permissions.
If one or more members will act as team administrators it is possible to add permissions to individual users. Click on the "Edit permissions" button for the user to open the permissions dialog to add permissions. Below an "super user" example
